Position Overview

Cover the Tees is seeking a reliable, hard-working Installer to join our installation crew specializing in aluminum driving range structures. This role is hands-on and team-oriented, supporting both shop preparation at our Oviedo, FL warehouse, and on-site construction across the country. Installers play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Pre-Installation Work (Oviedo, FL)

• Cut, notch, and prepare aluminum components prior to job mobilization
• Assist with organizing, staging, and palletizing materials for each project
• Load materials, tools, and equipment onto trucks for transport to job sites
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

On-Site Installation

• Work as part of a crew to erect aluminum structures according to plans and specifications
• Assist with layout and preparation of installation areas
• Core drill holes in concrete pads and assist with installing anchors that secure the structure
• Assemble structural components using hand and power tools
• Follow all safety procedures and job site protocols
• Support the crew lead and project manager to keep projects on schedule

Qualifications & Skills

• Construction, carpentry, or metal fabrication experience preferred (but not required)
• Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, climbing, and working outdoors
• Willingness to work hard, learn, and contribute as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Travel Requirements

• Must be willing and able to travel nationwide
• Typical travel periods range from 1–3 weeks at a time, depending on project scope

Compensation

• Hourly pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
• Job completion bonuses: $100–$400 per project
• Travel-related expenses covered while on the road
